Before commercial real estate, I spent 15 years in sales, marketing, and operations. That experience in marketing, technology, and media shapes how I tell a property's story and how I reach the people most likely to see its potential.
I've worked across property types, so I can look at an owner's options from several angles. My focus today is retail and flex/industrial property, along with mixed-use.
I also care about the people and communities behind each deal. I love seeing a property gain a new tenant, a business find room to grow, or an owner move confidently into their next chapter. Those outcomes ripple through the whole community.
